What EPR Italy handles.
Authorised Representation and registration
Where the Batteries Regulation requires or permits an EPR representative, we prepare the mandate and producer-registration documents for Italy.
Compliance-system participation
We coordinate the producer's participation in the applicable producer responsibility organisation or other approved compliance arrangement.
Reporting and take-back administration
We prepare quantity reports by category and chemistry and coordinate the agreed collection or take-back administration.
